    Printed by Thomas Ham 1862 (Dec 16): 2 d. blue, no wmk., rough perf. 13, three examples used on 1863 cover endorsed 'via Southampton' to London, all lightly cancelled by 'Gayndah / Queensland' despatch cds's (Jan 2, 1864, erroneously dated 63), and by London arrival cds in red. Reverse with 'Brisbane / Queensland' transit cds (Jan 8, 1864) in black and obverse endorsed 'Rec'd 17 March, 64'.  Some imperfections but an attractive cover.rnrnProvenance: Collection P.
