    1865: Cover, disinfected with vertical slits, mailed from Galatz to Corfu franked by 1863/64 5 s. rose and 15 s. brown, perf. 9½, tied by GALATZ cds (Tchilinghirian fig. 743) in black (Nov 10), taxed on arrival for local delivery with 1862/67 10 l. orange on blued paper (2 examples, Michel 19a) each tied on arrival by 'Kerkyra' datestamps in black (Nov 10, julian). A fine cover of fine appearance and very rare. Signed Müller, Tseriotis, Vlastos; cert. Tseriotis (2003), Simmermacher (2003).
