    1831: Military wrapper without origin, mailed to Verona, disinfected by scorching and struck of front with superb "Netto di fuori e / Netto di dentro" in red (Clean outside and inside) applied in Peklin (Meyer page 101). Reverse with Verona two line dated arrival (Nov 2) and split but complete red wax seal with Coat of Arms and lettered 'FI' (Ferdinandus Imperator).
