    Zante (Italian Occcupation) 1941: Greece George II set of four values, overprinted 'Occupazione / Militare Di / Zante / 1-5-XIX' with 1 d. green and 3 d. red-brown optd. in violet, 8 d. blue and 100 d. carmine optd. in black, all used on individual pieces cancelled on First Day of Issue (June 5, 1941) at Zakynthos. Rare and very fine. Signed Orestis Vlastos Mi 1/4 = € 2'120/Sassone = € 6'900.
