    1869: Cover to Arequipa, Peru franked by diagonally bisected 1865 4 r. red cancelled by dotted FRANCA lozenge in red. Reverse with dotted 'Islay' transit and 'Arequipa' arrival cds (May 22). The cover with some minor staining but rare - most unusual to find this bisect used on a cover not from the Chavez correspondence. Cert. Moorhouse (2011) Scott = $ 1'600.
