    Russian Administration of Rethymnon, Crete 1899 (May 1/13): 2 metallik very pale rose on medium wove paper, diffused colour, a used block of four, marginal from base of sheet, with central blue Control marking, cancelled by individual strikes of rare SELIA handstamps in violet ink.
