    GPU / UPU 1886: Front of registered Parcel carried at 195 lepta rate from Athens to Bremen, Germany franked by 1880 5 l. green (2) and 40 l. grey-violet (4) in combination with March 1886 Small Hermes 25 l. blue, all tied by Athens cds's (May 23). The rate was 25 lepta per 15 grams and 20 lepta for registration, thus this front paid for a letter / Parcel up to 105 grams at seven times the single rate. Faults but extremely scarce. Illustrated in 'Les Tarifs Helléniques' on page 24.
