    Mail to Russia via Austria 1875: Cover from Cefalonia to Taganrog endorsed 'via Vienna', franked at 85 lepta rate (applicable from Jan 1, 1875 until June 30, 1875 only, then reduced under UPU), franked by 1872 5 l. green on greenish overlapped by 1867/69 80 l. carmine on cream tied by 'Argostolian' cds of despatch (May 21) and by large PD in red. Reverse (opens well for display) with Kerkyra transit cds, oval Triest transit (June 7, gregorian) and Russian 'Postal Wagon 47-48' datestamp in black with 'Taganrog' arrival cds on front. The adhesives with touched to large margins but rare - this rate in use for just six months. Illustrated in 'Les Tarifs Helléniques' on page 192.
