    Mail to the Ionian Islands 1863: Second page of entire letter from Calamata to Zante, Ionian Islands franked by 1861 Paris printing 5 l. green on greenish and 1862 20 l. blue and 40 l. deep lilac on blued all tied by dotted '31' numeral in black with 'Calamata' cds at right (March 20). Framed Greek PD in black and large circular 'Zakynthos' arrival in blue on front, where charged '1d.' (penny) due in red manuscript. Scarce and attractive cover.rnrnNote: The Ionian Islands were finally ceded to Greece on May 21, 1864.
