    Mail from Austrian Offices in the Levant 1864: Cover from Chios / Scio-Cesme to Syros, franked by Austrian Italy 1863 5 soldi rose-red, perf. 9½, in a vertical pair cancelled by neat SCIO-CESME datestamp of the Austrian P.O. (Dec 19) in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 560), paying the 10 soldi rate. Charged on arrival for internal rate with Greece 1862/67 10 l. orange on blued tied by 'Syros' cds (Dec 8, julian).
