    Mail from Austria to Greece 1866: Entire letter sent unpaid from Trieste to Athens struck with 'Triest' oval datestamp (Sept 23) rated '3/15' in blue crayon (3 kr. by land (local rate), 15 kr. Lloyd ship fee = 18 kr. = 55 lepta), with 1862/67 5 l. green on greenish, 10 l. deep orange on blued, 20 l. blue and 40 l. dull mauve on greyish paper, all with four margins, tied by 'Athens' datestamps (Sept 22, julian) with corresponding '75' (lepta) in red crayon below (inclusive of the 20 lepta local charge). Reverse with Athens cds. A fine and scarce entire. Illustrated in 'Les Tarifs Helléniques' on page 31.
