Colour Proofs, duplication of each value with study of the 20 c. value incl. cover (one with POSTFS variety), 80 c. carmine (14) and fine 1 fr. carmine, cover to Peru franked 20 c. and 40 c.; 1862 issue with 1865 cover from Constantinople franked 20 c. blue (4) to Messina, 80 c. on 1863 cover to Uruguay, three 80 c. on 1864 cover to Peru, 1863/69 Laureated issue with 4 c. cancelled at Yokohama, 80 c. on 1871 cover to Mexico, 1867 defective 5 fr. grey used in Alexandria, 1870 Bordeaux 20 c. blue Type I used, 40 c. used (3) and 80 c.; Type Sage issues etc. Some choice items but condition variable, nevertheless a most interesting lot.
