    Parcel Post 1937: 'Colis Postal Encombrant' 2 fr. blue, a vertical strip of five and a single stamp, each stamp further surcharged in manuscript '0.60' to equate to the new tariff of 2 fr. 60 c., each cancelled by the issuing Office with '90.023' in violet as a Control. Some perforation faults and minor bend on fifth stamp but with full unmounted og. Extremely rare with just one sheet believed surcharged in this manner as a temporary measure. Signed Lamont.
