    Incoming Mail French P.O. in Shanghai 1870: Siège 40 c. orange, perf. used with 1870 Bordeaux 30 c. dark brown in a horizontal pair of superb colour and large margins all round, on single weight 1872 cover from Shanghai, China to Lyon via Marseille tied by 5104 gros chiffres and by SHANG-HAI / CHINE datestamp of despatch (June 23). Framed 'PD' in red below and reverse with Marseille cds (Aug 17) and Lyon arrival cds. A delightful and extremely rare mixed issue combination franking in exquisite condition. Signed Miro, Roumet.
