    1871: ½ r. blue on surface blued wove paper, a fine large margined example used on cover to Quito from Ibarra, showing 'White Dot in Circular Frameline at Left' (position 49) cancelled in manuscript; also a further cover to Quito with manuscript cancelled ½ r. ultramarine mailed from Esperanza. The covers folded and with minor imperfections but a scarce pair.
