    1866: Cover front with '4 ounces' annotation of weight at upper right, mailed to Riobamba bearing a fine 1866 vertical pair of 1 r. olive yellow tied by lozenge of 64 dots in black and by ALAUSI (Jan 9) datestamp (with crescent and without year) in black.
