D'ENGHIEN 21 JAN. 71' (3rd levée) despatch cds and framed PD in red alongside to St. Helier on the Jersey Channel Island. Flown from besieged Paris in the 64th Ballon 'Général Daumesnil' with Jersey arrival datestmap (Jan. 24, 71) on reverse. A fine item sent to a rare destination.
