    Ballon Monté 'Le Parmentier' 1870: Tiny entire franked by 1867 Laureated 80 c. rose tied by Paris Star-4 with 'R. D'ENGHIEN 15 DEC. 70' despatch cds and framed PD in red alongside to Rio de Janeiro. Flown from besieged Paris in the 43rd Ballon 'Le Parmentier' with reverse showing arrival cds in blue (19 JAN 71). The adhesive with hor. fold and some perf. imperfections, but Brasil being an extremely rarely destination for Ballon mail. Cert.
