    Ballon Monté 'Daguerre' 1870: Entire franked by 1870 Siège 10 c. bistre and 20 c. blue tied by Paris Star obliterator-1 with 'PARIS HOTEL-DE-VILLE 19 NOV 70' (6th levée) despatch cds and framed PD in red alongside to St. Helier on the Jersey Channel Island. Flown from besieged Paris in the 28th Ballon 'Daguerre' with Jersey arrival datestmap (Nov, 25. 70) on reverse. Adhesives with folds but a rare destination.
