Printed Matter rate to USA and a 100 m. on Parcel Card, 1913 card with 4 m. cancelled in Odessa with 'Paquebot' below in red, range of TPO usages incl. some scarce, good range of Gaza usages, excellent group of Instructional Markings with Refused, Returned, Unclaimed and Redirected usages (incl.
