    Albania 1853: 20 c. blue, single and horizontal strip of four, roughly separated margins and crossed by file fold, used on 1860 single rate cover from Annonay to Prevesa, Albania all tied by '68' petit chiffres with Annonay cds of despatch below (May 7). Unusual P.P. in red deleted in manuscript and framed PD applied at left. Reverse with 'Paris / Erquelines' cds and Triest transit cd (May 12). A rare destination. Cert. Boule (2000).
