    1928: Ile-de-France 10 fr. on Berthelot 90 c. red, unused vertical se-tenant pair with 'Surcharge Espacée 8 mm.' instead of 6 mm. on top stamp and normal below, with full sheet margins at left and with sheet number (21758) at base. Superb unmounted og., and 'cancelled' on gum by 'Le Havre' octagonal datestamp and by 'New York' straight line handstamp in black in the margin. Extremely rare, a superb pair. Signed Von der Weid Maury 3 = € 8'500/Yvert = € 13'000.
    Ile de France 10 Fr sur 90 c. en paire verticale neuve avec pleine gomme avec surcharge espacée du timbre supérieur, coin de feuille numéroté 21758. Oblitéré au verso par le cachet octogonal Le Havre et linéaire New York dans la marge. Superbe et rare.
