    'Affranchisement de Fortune' 1867: 10 c. bistre, a diagonally bisected example used on 1871 cover with 1870 Siège 20 c. blue to make up the newly introduced (Sept 1) 25 centimes rate tied by 2924 gros chiffres with 'Pont-A-Mousson' despatch datestamp (Oct 5) at right and reverse with 'Saint Dié / Vosges' cds of receipt (Oct 6).
