    1862: Handstruck 30 pa. deep blue on white wove paper, a four margined example used on 1863 'Retour Recepisã' to Bucharest, cancelled by oval FRANCO / JASSY in black (Kiraic fig. 311) with 'Jassy / Moldova' datestamp at left (19/12) in black and further strike on reverse (21/12). Usual small creases to the form but scarce.
