    Cérès 10 c. yellowish bistre with three large margins and shaved at base, 1 fr. brown-carmine in an attractive pair with margins all round but with tiny contemporary closed tear at top right used with 1852 Présidence 25 c. vertical pair, lower stamp cut into, used on 1853 double rate cover to New Orleans, USA tied by mute Paris Star obliterators with 'Bureau Central / Paris' cds (Feb. 3) and framed 'PD' both in red, the 10 c. additionally tied by 'New York / 21' (cents) Exchange Office datestamp in black of transit. The cover with file fold and minor imperfections but nevertheless rare.

    Cérès 10 c. bistre jaune (au filet en bas) + 1fr. carmin en paire (timbre de droite avec coup de ciseau horizontal en haut) + Présidence 25 c. bleu en paire verticale (marge de gauche touchée en bas) oblit. étoile sur lettre (pliée et avec petits défauts) de Paris (3 févr. 53) pour la Nouvelle Orléans.
