    Postage Due 1886: Stampless cover mailed from Vidin to Sofia with obverse showing bilingual WIDDIN cds in blue (24/XII) and circular 'T' marking in black, reverse with internal rate collected (double the deficiency) by 1884 25 st. lake-red lozenge perf. 4¾ x 7½ and 1886 5 st. orange imperf. tied by two strikes of Sofia cds in black (25/XII). Some minor edge wear but a scarce cover.
