    Russian Civilian Post Office 1878 (March 18): Cover from Svishtov to Tirnovo struck on reverse flap with superb circular datestamp of despatch (Russian at top, Bulgarian below) reading POST OFFICE OF SVISHTOV / 1 (Sistoivskaya P.K. 1 / Svishtovska Poschtenska Kont. 1) superbly struck in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 62). Side flaps missing but with large part red wax seal on reverse. Rare and fine cover.
