    1859 (Jan 1): 'Barquito'  'IN Ps.' 1 peso deep blue, pair showing a single example and vertically bisected example on small piece, cancelled in blue and used at San Nicolas between June and August 1859. A rare piece, ex the Armstrong company archive with the certificate stating that just seven bisects exist. Cert. Kneitschel (1972) Scott = $ 7'500 (on cover).
