    Belgium 1849: Cérès 20 c. black, four margined example with minute scissor cut at base in margin, used on 'Border Rate' 1850 cover from Sedan to Bouillon, Belgium tied by grill with Sedan despatch cds alongside (July 24). Framed 'PD' in red at right and reverse with circular 'France / Par Bouillon' in red of the same day. A fresh and attractive cover of great scarcity showing a fully prepaid external usage. Cert.
