    Ukraine, Simferopol Govt. 1840: Entire letter from Kertch to Genova, Italy struck on reverse with superb two line dated KERCH-YENIKOL / JULY 2 1840 datestamp in black (Dobin fig. 46.1.03). Faint framed disinfection cachet probably applied in Odessa in transit alongside with rastel puches and slitted. Obverse with 'Via Di / Voghera' and 'LT' in red, reverse with arrival (Aug 8) in red. Scarce and fine entire.
