    20 pa. black on carmine-red thick paper from plate A in a strip of three (Transfer types 5-6-4) showing variety on type 5: Dot in the right Meander, vivid colour and large margins, tied by Bucureci cds's to front of an express letter. Insignificant fold in the rightmost stamp, file folds in the front, but a rare and scarce multiple especially on cover.
