    Registered letter from "BOLCHERCHENSKIE KHUTORA POLT 30.10.18" to "POLTAVA .. .11.18" franked 70 k. perforated Imperial Arms with Poltava Type I overprint in black and four copies 1 k. imperforate with Poltava Type I in green. One further copy has fallen off. An extremely rare and probably unique confirmation of regular postal use of the green overprints. Provenance: Collection Dr. Seichter.
