    1867: 1 pi. red, three examples used on 1870 registered cover from Suez to Cairo, all tied by "V. R. Poste Egiziane / Suez" datestamps (Dec 29) in black. Framed "Raccomandato" at top and docketing of registration at upper left (also weight: 6½ grams). Flap missing on reverse but complete Cairo arrival cds. Scarce and early registered cover.
