Hug, Canton, China on reverse), mailed to Zurich, Switzerland and franked by Hong Kong 1900 10 c. blue tied by oval "FORWARDED BY / Reiss & Co. / HONG KONG" in red, and by "Hong Kong" cds (Nov 19) in black. Carried on French Paquebot "Tonkin" with octagonal "Ligne N / Paq. Fr. No. 4" datestamp on reverse, with Zurich arrival (Dec 19) alongside. A fresh and fine cover. Signed Holcombe; opinion Holcombe (1996).
