    Austrian Consular Post Office in Sulina (Dobrudja) 1873: Registered cover from Sulina at double rate to Santelpido a Mare, Italy with delightful four colour 56 soldi franking (23 soldi x 2 + 10 soldi registration) with 1867 3 soldi green horizontal pair, left hand stamp just over edge of cover and right hand stamp with slight scuff at base, two 5 soldi red paying registration applied on reverse, 15 soldi brown and 25 soldi grey lilac all tied by "SULINA" datestamps (17/11) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 840). Sensibly opened for Exhibit display, a very rare and most attractive cover. Illustrated in Edition d'Or on page 170. Cert. Enzo Diena (1983).
