    1869: 10 bani blue, 15 bani red and 50 bani blue & red all used on single rate cover to Marseille tied by "Ismail" datestamps (1/10) in black (Kiriac fig. 401). Unusual "JSMAIL" handstamp (Kiraic fig. 1525) and framed "P.D." in same ink below; with "A" transit and Strasbourg French entry mark in blue (Oct 9). Reverse with Galatz, Vienna and Paris transit datestamps. A fresh and fine three colour franking. Illustrated in Edition d'Or on page 132 and in Handbook II on page 243. Cert. Heimbüchler (2010).
