    30 parale blue on very blued paper, handstruck from single Dies, two examples with huge margins, one crossed by file fold, used on attractive registered cover to the Finance Minister in  Bucharest, each stamp perfectly struck with framed "FRANCO / ROMAN" in black (Kiriac fig. 319). "Roman / Moldova" datestamp at right (22/3) and straight line "Recepisse" with '92' registration docketing in manuscript. A charming and rare cover. Cert. Heimbüchler (2010).
