    30 parale pale blue, handstruck from single Dies, a delightful used horizontal strip of three tied to registered cover to Galatz by "Bucurescii" datestamps (31/10) in black (Kiriac fig.366). Registered docket n. 697 in manuscript above straight line "RECOM." in red at left and reverse with Galatz arrival datestamp (3/11). A fine and scarce cover. Cert. Heimbüchler (2010).
