    30 parale blue, handstruck from single Dies, used example on attractive 1864 cover to Bucharest tied by very rare "STIRBEIU" datestamp (6/8), lightly struck in blue with repeated strike below (Kiriac fig. 353). Bucharest arrival cds on reverse. Minor imperfections in the margin of the adhesive but Stirbei, a small village in Wallachia received just 1'600 of the 30 parale value. A charming and scarce cover.
