    40 parale blue on bluish lilac paper, a superb horizontal pair and 80 pa. brick-red on yellowish paper in a superb horizontal pair all used on triple rate 1860 registered cover from Dorohoi to Jassy; tied by neat strikes of "DOROHOI / MOLDOVA" datestamps in blue (10/9) with "Recepisse" below and docket no.11 in manuscript. The 80 pa. pair crossed by red crayon (denoting full pre-payment), with Jassy arrival cds on reverse (16/9). A wonderful and supremely attractive cover of great rarity and a unique franking.
