    40 parale greenish blue on white paper, a fine used example on 1859 entire letter from Bacau to Jassy, tied by "Bakeu / Moldova" datestamp in blue (Kiriac fig. 271) with further strike below and unusual application of framed Cyrillic "FRANKO" at right (fig. 205), also in blue to confirm pre-payment (this being the latest recorded use of this handstamp). Slight file fold well away from the adhesive, a fine and attractive entire. Illustrated in Dragomir Kiriac on page 73, Edition d'Or on page 90 and in Handbook I on page 135. Cert. Heimbüchler (2010).
