    40 parale greenish blue on yellowish paper, a superb large margined example tied to extremely rare Ladies embossed envelope, pressed vertical fold well away from the adhesive, to Jassy by full strike of scarce "FRANCO / TEKOUTCI" handstamp in blue (Kiriac fig. 320) with "Tekutsch / Moldova" datestamp (11/5) alongside. Reverse with Jassy arrival cds (12/5) in red. A delightful and attractive cover, believed to be only two embossed Ladies envelopes known bearing the second issue. Unique.
