    54 parale deep blue on greenish paper, an octagonally cut example with large margins all around the design, used on registered cover from Dorohoi to Jassy, with italic "Recepisse" in blue at upper right (no. 285) and the adhesive tied by bold "DOROHOI / MOLDOVA" datestamp in blue (6/10). Reverse with Jassy arrival datestamp (8/10) struck in red. A magnificent and rare registered cover, with this being one of two known usages of a first issue cover from Dorohoi.
