    1859 (April 31): Cover accompanying a gold shipment with manuscript annotation at top 'No. 60', from Ramnicu Valcea to Bucharest struck with exceptional impression of two line dated "RAMNIKU VALCEA" handstamp (Kiriac fig. 250) in black.
