    1919: Cover from "KOWEL" (straight line cancellation) with pencilled date 20.8.19 addressed to Belzyce, blue crayon routing remarks, franked overprints 30 f. on 30 sh. Ukrainian General Issue in light blue and 50 f. on 50 sh. red (Bulat V3 and V4), both stamps tied to cover by cancellation. A fine and rare cover, with Dr Zelonka's description. Signed Krawczyk.
