    Registered cover (Advocate's letter) from "OBERTYN 4 VII 19" to district court in Kolomyja franked strip of three 60 h. CMT overprints on 15 h. red-brown (Bulat 2), slight age toning, otherwise fine. Only a small quantity of CMT stamps were distributed to the Obertyn post office. Signed Bulat, certificicate Ceremuga AIEP (2011).
