    Fourth Stanyslaviv issue  (seventh set), 4 hr. cyrillic overprint with bar/rosette on Austrian Field Post 4 kr. carmine on greenish paper (Bulat 101), lightly hinged copy showing variety displaced overprint and 'Rep.' omitted, scarce as only total 60 printed, so probalbly only 2 or 3  four copies of this variety existing, signed Mikulski, certificate Ceremuga AIEP (2011) Mi = € 2'000/Bulat = $ 1'500.
