    Registered envelope from "KUTY 31 III 19" addressed to Kolomea franked with an horizontal pair of unoverprinted Austrian  20 h. adhesives, together with 50 sot. black and rose Registration stamp of second issue. Envelope with slight vertical crease and small tear at top (stamps not affected), but correctly franked (40 h. postage plus 50 sot. registration), scarce. Cert. Mikulski (2011).
