    Registered  large outer wrapper from "OBERTYN 10 IV 19" (Ukrainian cancellation), franked seven unoverprinted Austrian adhesives totalling 1 kr. 40 h. together with 30 sot. Registration stamp, well tied. Interesting example of a higher tariff and of the scarce Obertyn Cyrillic cancellation, but some age toning to the wrapper and stamps, signed Bulat BPP.
