Imperial Arms perforated overprinted with the local Trident type of Konstantynohrad, well tied by the cancellation. Signed Vyrovyj. Exceptionally fine appearance and almost certainly the definitive evidence for the authenticity of this rare local type, listed but unpriced in Bulat.
